url-prefix-proxy

Forwards any HTTP request to the URL after the path.

  https://r.openconnect.live/<target-url>

Required header on every proxied request:

  x-region: us

All methods and bodies are forwarded. POST/PUT/PATCH/DELETE work.

Notes:
  - The double slash after the host may be collapsed to a single slash; both work.
  - http:// and https:// only.
  - Query strings work: .../https://example.com/x?a=1
  - Private, loopback, link-local and cloud-metadata addresses are refused,
    including after redirects.
  - Browser use is allowed (CORS is open). Add x-region to preflight.
  - Set-Cookie from the target is dropped.
